Any retail organization conducting business with SUPERVALU can use and benefit from SVHarbor's tools. Some of the most common users of SVHarbor are associates from both Retail Stores and Corporate Headquarters' locations.
Participating stores and organizations manage their own users. Each store or organization must supply SVHarbor with the name of an authorized system administrator for your location. The system administrator will be responsible for assigning appropriate user authorization and security controls to authorized employees for your location.
SVHarbor is very user-friendly, with easy-to-understand on-line help. However, should you need more information or assistance we can provide additional training and/or user manuals for each of the applications.
